The main advantage of using Elstein heaters in a BGA Rework Machine is to provide even and reliable heating without fluctuation. The initial electrically operated ceramic infrared heater created, after the discovery of IR radiation in 1800, was developed by Elstein in 1950. Since the availability of this development as an industrially useful product, numerous production processes have switched to ceramic IR heaters.

Demos are available by appointment at our assembly facility. We can go over all features and options with you in person at no charge.
Each unit is built, inspected and tested. Rework stations are held for shipment until passing a quality control test. TBRM will never be mass produced, each unit is built and customized by a certified technician. The BGA Rework Machine features a limited lifetime warranty.
